Mooli Paratha / Stuffed flatbread with radish filling is a very easy and healthy recipe which needs only 9 ingredients to make!
Mooli Paratha is another dish which is native to the state of Punjab but is popularly made in north India. It is generally made for breakfast, but just like I make aloo paratha for lunch, this is another weekday lunch or dinner option.
Traditionally daikon radish is used for this recipe but I used the little pink radishes. I felt the flavor of the daikon radish was a little intense, so I would say it is your personal preference.
What makes Stuffed flatbread with radish filling so special
I like to make this flatbread for many reasons, it can be a lunch on the go if we want. Just wrap it in a foil and eat in the car. It just works! What makes it, even more, special is that it is so full of flavor, that we don’t particularly need any side dish. It is very easy to make and it is perfect for a weekday or a weekend meal or snack. One more way to serve is to just cut it into 4 pieces like Pita bread and serve it with yogurt.
