Blank Granola is a basic granola which can be customized with as many or as few toppings as you desire and needs only 5 ingredients.
This granola is also called as naked granola, but I liked this name much better, as we can fill anything in that blank. In general, I love to have this for breakfast, but I don’t have it every single day. I like to eat it as a snack. So I tried getting it from the store a few times, but another problem with that is to have the same flavor for months together. So tada!! I found this solution.
What makes blank Granola so special?
The biggest advantage is I can flavor it or mix stuff as I feel like. Sometimes, for example, I love having chocolate and something crunchy. So I take some granola, mix it up with chocolate chips or I tried melting some chocolate, mixing some granola to make chocolate granola clusters. My daughter loves raisins, so sometimes I mix some granola and raisins and give her as a snack. Another thing I like about this is that since I am making this at home, I know exactly what goes in and I can control the quantity of ingredients. After some experimentation, I liked the recipe what I am sharing with you today.
