Thepla/ Gujarati style whole wheat flavored flatbread is an easy delicious recipe which needs only 8 ingredients, and a few minutes to make!
Thepla is a flatbread like roti but is smaller in size and it is much more flavorful. This dish is popularly made in the state of Gujarat, where is it consumed mainly as a snack. For me, it works as a part of the main course too. There are variations of thepla made with vegetables like Methi ( Fenugreek leaves), Lauki (Bottle gourd) etc.
