Panha is a Sweet and Tangy beverage that is made using raw mangoes. It is so simple to make and needs only 5 ingredients!
Panha is popularly made in the state of Maharastra, mainly during summers to beat the heat. I made it at the end of the summer, and I agree, it did help me feel better on a hot day!
What makes this Sweet and Tangy Mango beverage so special?
When I came across this recipe, I was really curious about its taste. Raw mangoes can be very tangy and making that into a sweet beverage seemed interesting to me. So I made it and it is amazing! The best feature of this recipe is the ease of making it, barely any ingredients and they are all natural ingredients. I do know there is added sugar, but if you see the quantities it is not a lot. I would definitely prefer this over soda or canned juice.
