Omelets that ate growing up has a lot of flavors, sometimes they were made with just eggs, salt, paprika, etc but sometimes vegetable, green peppers were added. Either way, they were a flavor bomb. Of all ways I have made omelets, this is my favorite recipe.
What makes Masala Omelette or Spicy Omelette recipe so special?
Making breakfast is, in my opinion, the trickiest meal of the day as not only it is the most important meal of the day but it is also the meal which has to be made very quickly. That’s where this dish helps me out quite a bit. It is quick, healthy, delicious.
You can definitely split the egg mixture and make little omelets for every person, but I generally prefer to make one big omelet, cut it into pieces and make it like a sandwich and serve. This is the way I ate it all my childhood and I love it!
