Easy South Indian Yogurt Pancake is an instant breakfast recipe that can be made with only 10 ingredients!
This pancake a popular breakfast dish in the Southern State of Andhra Pradesh. Back home yogurt is an important part of everyday meals, either for breakfast or lunch or dinner. If we don’t use it directly in cooking, we make it like Buttermilk (A cold drink made from yogurt and water, sometimes spices). The actual recipe uses sour yogurt, but after coming here, I understood it is not ideal to have sour yogurt at all times, I replaced with normal yogurt and it worked quite well.
